I recently had the pleasure of documenting a Mommy & Me Yoga class at the Savannah Yoga Barre. Ya’ll, I love this place! I was going here weekly before I got to pregnant, and then I just stopped. I dropped all of that group exercise and community and haven’t been back since. And now I know, they offer this great class for mama’s and littles. It’s a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon singing and stretching, teaching your babe all about yoga.
